Yes, it is possible to add a headboard to the 10″ and 13″ platforms. To do so, you need to order the headboard plates (HBREFLEXX). However, you can not add a headboard to the 16″ platform.

Reflexx has a 10-year warranty on the structure and 1 year on the fabric.

As indicated in the assembly instructions, the USB port is always installed on the left side of our 39″XL platforms (and of our 30″XL). But, there is also a hole on the right side covered by the fabric. You just need to puncture the fabric to access the hole and then transfer the USB port that is on the left side of the right platform (the one that end up in the middle of the bed once the two platforms are assembled).

The hole left by the USB port will be used to install the screw that holds the two platforms together.

Yes, absolutely. You only need to purchase the appropriate brackets, which are sold separately, depending on your adjustable bed model:

Yes, absolutely, and the e4+ Slim, the Quest 2.0 or the Quest 2.5 are the ideal solutions given how thin they are.

Yes, the e4+, e4+ Slim, Duetto and e9 come with 3-level adjustable legs: 3″, 6″ and 9″.

The Quest 2.0 and Quest 2.5 come with 4-level adjustable legs: 3″, 6″, 9″ and 12″.

You can also purchase different legs such as 5″ square wooden legs. 

It is recommended to check with the mattress manufacturer as, while in general all mattressess are compatible with an adjustable bed, some may be more suitable.

Including the weight of the mattress, adjustable beds can support up to:

• 650 lb for the Duetto, Quest 2.0 and Quest 2.5
• 750 lb for the e4+ and e4+ Slim
• 850 lb for the e6 and e9

The adjustable beds e4+, e4+ Slim, Duetto, Quest 2.0 and Quest 2.5 have a 10-year limited warranty, while the e6 and e9 have a 20-year limited warranty. For the specifics of guarantees, refer to your user guide.

Yes, you can get a headboard only.

Yes, heights vary between 44″ and 60″. Ask your retailer or visit our upholstered bed page to see the different models.

You have two options for the mattress support:

• Metal supports – In this case, a box spring or an adjustable bed is required;
• Particle boards – In this case, the mattress lays directly on the structure. No box spring is therefore required.

No, the two fabric classes have the same strenght, durability and friction rate. The difference is in the manufacture of the fabric.

To get a Grade A fabric, you must add a slight surcharge of approximately $50 for a headboard only and $100 for a complete bed. To confirm, please see your retailer.

To prevent dirt, regular dusting is suggested. The best way to clean your fabric if you see a stain is to use water and mild soap. Wet a clean cloth and make light circular motions. It is important not to rub. To remove excess water, pat the area that was cleaned with a dry cloth. Allow to air dry, making sure the cleaned area is not exposed to direct sunlight, as this may damage the fabric. In the event of a more resistant stain, consult a fabric care professional.

Note: It is recommended to carry out a test on an hidden part of the bed.

No, it is not necessary.

Beaudoin works in close collaboration with its suppliers to offer a wide choice of fabrics. Although it must be trendy, a fabric is only chosen if it meets high standards of excellence in terms of quality and durability, as well as workability during the manufacturing stages.

Beaudoin guarantees that the foam used in its upholstered bed is made from a product that is free of halogen, TDCPP or PBDE.

Yes, Alicia, Jacob and Jupiter are available in this size.

Our upholstered products are backed by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. However, the warranty is no longer valid and will not be honoured if another fabric has been used to cover the product or if it has undergone the application of a coating or any other modification (e.g.: a protective product for fabrics has been added).

For each product, an assembly guide is provided to you inside its packaging. However, you can also consult it on our website, if necessary. You just have to select your product, and the instructions can be found in its “Description” section.

• With adjustable slides: between 5 7/8 and 8 1/4 inches

To accommodate the headboard and footboard, we have a base model Headboard and Footboard available for the different bed sizes (755 series). Another great choice would be one of our Ultimax or Balance bed frames, both of which can accept a footboard extension, as needed.

The G15 series as well as our 925FQK model are designed specifically to add support and strength to your base.

Of course! We have developed the 925FQK model specifically to replace inadequate wooden slats, which is a solid product suitable for this situation. It easily attaches to wood or metal sides.

Absolutely! All you need to do is purchase our modification plates.

For the #500 standard bracket (4″high), the first hole is 5 1/2″ from the ground and the second hole 2 1/2″ higher. These are the standard heights to attach the headboards. For bracket 755B (6″ high), there are 5 additional holes for additional height adjustment. The first hole is 5 1/2″ from the floor and the second hole is 2 1/2″ higher. These are the standard heights for attaching the headboards.

Also, excess unusable fabric is sent to Centres de Formation en Entreprise et Récupération (CFER). These centres use the waste and turn it into a multitude of useful items. Several recycling bins are also available and employees use them very frequently. Through these actions, the company has observed a considerable reduction in the quantity of waste sent to landfill sites and has been awarded the “Gold” rating by Recyc-Québec’s Ici on recycle program.
